Leadership commitment to a zero-tolerance culture
Whilst policies against harassment and discrimination are important in addition to a clear outline for individuals to report experiencing such behavior, studies show that it is also important for members of leadership to reinforce organizational commitment to a zero-tolerance culture as well.
