Powering Participant Action Plans

While many of us rely on training sessions, webinars, and workshops to help educate our coworkers and leadership in key areas of gender mainstreaming, it is important to make sure that these opportunities move beyond a box-ticking exercise and drive gender mainstreaming results in the long-term.
