Diversity Training for Recruitment & HR Professionals

As one of the key positions in the recruitment and selection process of new employees, it is important to have a Human Resources team who is adept in gender-diverse recruitment, interview, and hiring practices. This additionally extends to anyone who participates in the recruitment process as part of an interview team, hiring decision maker, or headhunter. Whilst the success of some training approaches, such as implicit and unconscious bias training, has not been proven, certifications and courses which take a more holistic approach to building professional recruitment and retention diversity skills can be helpful for key members of your team.
